Salmon Nourish Bowl Recipe
Here’s a favorite in my kitchen that hits all the right notes:
Ingredients:
Handful of spinach and arugula
Shredded carrots
Diced English cucumber
Sliced avocado
½ cup rice simmered in bone broth
Oven-baked salmon
Dressing:
1–2 Tbsp tahini
1 finely diced shallot
A bit of grated ginger
Lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of ginger-lemon seasoning
Add water to thin to desired consistency
Instructions: Layer it all in a bowl and drizzle with dressing. That’s it!
