Salmon Nourish Bowl Recipe

Here’s a favorite in my kitchen that hits all the right notes:

Ingredients:

  • Handful of spinach and arugula

  • Shredded carrots

  • Diced English cucumber

  • Sliced avocado

  • ½ cup rice simmered in bone broth

  • Oven-baked salmon

Dressing:

  • 1–2 Tbsp tahini

  • 1 finely diced shallot

  • A bit of grated ginger

  • Lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of ginger-lemon seasoning

  • Add water to thin to desired consistency

Instructions: Layer it all in a bowl and drizzle with dressing. That’s it!
