You're not alone. I’ve been there too.
A few years ago, I hit a wall—burnout, adrenal fatigue, brain fog, and exhaustion that sleep couldn’t fix. I was doing all the things but still felt depleted. That’s when I knew I had to dig deeper and understand what was really happening in my body.

That search led me to become a certified nutritionist with a focus in women’s wellness and hormone health. I started applying what I was learning—real food, lifestyle shifts, and nervous system support—and slowly, I came back to life. Eventually, I began helping other women do the same.
